Non-attendance
We understand that sometimes things happen which mean that you need to change or cancel your appointment.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please phone the clinic to let them know as soon as possible. There is often a waiting list for clients, and someone else may be able to take your appointment.
If you do not cancel within 2 hours of the appointment time, you may be charged a non-attendance fee.
